My focus in counseling is to help you through the process of change. I am a trauma specialist and strive to help clients work through depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, abuse, anger, addictions, and other challenging life situations. EMDR and 22Zero is used to help clients "reprocess" traumas and other disturbing life events to help clients move beyond the negative emotions and dysfunctional thoughts that are connected with past events.
I have over 25 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and children in private practice and in residential treatment settings. I am a certified EMDR therapist and am also a licensed chemical dependency counselor.
