If addictive behaviors are causing stress, anxiety, or struggle I provide encouragement, support and specific strategies to take charge, feel better and move forward. I specialize in helping family members develop love and limits and communicate with compassion and to know the options available for treatment. I teach specific strategies to cope with stress and the emotional ups and downs that addictive behaviors produce and know how important it is to learn how to deal with the thoughts, feelings and actions that will make lasting recovery easier. I have over 25 years experience in the field of addiction therapy.
