*NEW CLIENT Openings, NO WAITLIST. If life isn't how it should be, and what used to give you joy doesn't anymore, if it's exhausting always struggling, then therapy can be a powerful way to change things now that you're ready. It is an HONOR to listen & be present as you discover your truth, joy, satisfaction, peace & confidence! I treat individuals, couples, families, teens, older adults, relationships, loneliness, grief, anxiety, trauma, realizing & following dreams/goals! I enjoy & teach about neuro-health & life balance. You deserve pleasure, purpose & meaning. If you're overwhelmed, anxious, down or stuck, talking to someone helps.
COUPLES THERAPY based on Gottman & Perel incredible evidence-based healing relationship knowledge. ANXIETY, DEPRESSION & MOOD ISSUES using cutting-edge neuroscience & psychotherapy. FAMILIES WHO HAVE CHILD WITH AUTISM to process emotions & challenges that occur to be healthy & function better too! I enjoy working with ADDICTIONS because they are highly treatable!
I have a beautiful private office in Costa Mesa that's easy to get to, close to freeways & airport! I also provide video counseling for clients who prefer that flexibility. I accept credit cards, cash, checks and out of network insurance. Spring 2018 I'll be accepting many types of insurance in network.
