I specialize in working with individuals and athletes experiencing eating disorders, anxiety, and mood dysregulation. As a former runner at Indiana University, I also have experience in enhancing athletic performance for elite athletes. I am committed to the wellbeing of your body and mind to produce the best results.
My goal is to provide warm and effective care for individuals suffering from eating disorders. I treat eating disorders with strategies that have been clinically researched including Family Based Treatment (FBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
