I'm a licensed clinical psychologist trained in integrating spiritual and Christian beliefs in short term and long term therapies for children, adults, couples and families. I have over 30 years experience working in the public sector conducting thorough assessments and evaluations, as well as in private practice, seeing clients of diverse age range and cultural backgrounds.
My areas of expertise include working with clients who have anxieties, depression, relationship problems, ongoing guilt and shame, often have histories of trauma. I use various modalities to fit the client's needs, such as cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic, or a systems perspective in working with families.
My hope is to be an advocate and partner in helping clients learn tools and effective, holistic ways to approach areas in their lives where they feel stuck, in order to resolve those issues and live a more fulfilling life.
