I am a licensed therapist with over 35 years providing therapy in a variety of settings. My practice is presently limited to meeting with adult females. Everyone struggles at one time or another with life challenges and changes. My belief is that each person has strengths and qualities that enable them to cope with difficult situations. My focus is aimed at helping build on those strengths, identify solutions and encourage clients to make changes with the goal of a healthy and contented life.
I specialize in the following areas of concern: women's issues, self-esteem/self-worth, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, caregiver and other life stressors, major health changes, aging and retirement.
I believe that a therapist and client working together toward solutions have the best chance for a successful outcome.
