I placed as Runner Up for Best Psychologist/Psychiatrist 2025 in Baton Rouge Family Favorites! I was the winner in 2024! For 25 years I've worked with a diverse population of clients. As an advanced practice medical psychologist I provide psychotherapy, medication management, and evaluations. I feel very grateful to be able to do the work that I do.
I am originally from New York and graduated from Cornell University with my bachelors of science, and from Columbia University with several masters degrees and my doctorate in psychology. I earned a post-doctoral degree in clinical psychopharmacology from Alliant International University. I've lived in Baton Rouge for over 20 years with my family.
I became a psychologist because I genuinely care about helping people. I love to analyze problems using the scientific method as well as different psychological theories and medical knowledge to be as definitive as I can be about patients' problems.
