I am trained in Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I counsel couples and individuals that are seeking help with a wide range of life issues such as marital/relational issues, trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, stress/anger management, and self-esteem.
