I am a licensed clinical social worker, with over 25 years of clinical practice; with specialized, advanced training in the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM) for Complex Developmental Trauma. I help clients heal patterns of relating to self and other that get in the way of what it is they’re most wanting for themselves—whether that’s greater peace of mind, more confidence, or sustaining, healthy relationships. I currently have a full time practice— online in Illinois, and in person in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
NARM is both a top down (insight) and bottom up (somatic) model, supporting increased self awareness and embodiment. I also offer a monthly community meditation to deepen connection with your energetic essence; and a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy class annually to strengthen skills for increased connection with all parts of self in the present moment.
