I specialize in identifying and healing the issues at the root of your distress through self-compassion techniques, mindfulness practices, narrative therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I encourage clients to embody and empower their authentic selves.
My style is empathic and affirming. I teach my clients how to regulate their nervous systems and emotions and ask them to practice these skills in between sessions to build their autonomy. I welcome clients from all racial and ethnic backgrounds and sexual orientations. I have multi-cultural counseling and Safe Zone training.
