If you feel like you've somehow lost your footing or gotten stuck, and the future you once imagined no longer seems possible, I hope you'll consider working with me at GroundShift Counseling. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with major life changes, loss and grief, depression, anxiety (including eco-anxiety), religious trauma, existential questions, and relationships impacted by chronic illness or ADHD. If you're looking for steady help for your life's upheavals, I would love to help you process what has happened and move toward a life that feels grounded, satisfying, and meaningful.
I offer in-person, virtual, and walk-and-talk therapy for adults. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. My work is guided by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), an evidenced-based CBT modality. I also draw on existential, IFS, coherence, feminist, and nature therapy. All neurotypes and LGBTQ+ clients are welcome.
