I work with adults with diverse backgrounds to help manage anxiety, depression, grief, relationship, and career challenges as well as other life transitions using therapeutic strategies such as motivational interviewing, CBT and solution focused therapy. As a former school social worker/admin for over 30 years, I can also offer educational support if needed.
