I am an EMDR practitioner and Certified Sex Therapist. I offer an integrative approach to therapy based on the needs of my clients. I utilize evidence-based practices and incorporate the mind-body connection to relieve symptoms of acute distress, develop new patterns of thinking and behavior, and assist clients on a path of healing.
My role in the counseling relationship is to provide a safe space where judgement does not exist and the beauty of self-discovery, renewal, and acceptance is possible.
