I've been providing therapy for all ages for over 20 years. I understand how overwhelming life can be. Stress, anxiety, and relationship strain can take its toll. Finding a counselor you feel connected to is important. It's important to feel comfortable and confident with your counselor. I have over 20 years of ongoing training, experience, therapeutic resources and techniques that I will use to support you in feeling relief from stress and anxiety and hope for better days ahead. And if after we meet if it feels I'm not the right therapist for you, I'll help you find one that is.
I am a brain science and mind-body -ocused therapist with relationship, mindfulness, and human behavior expertise. I listen deeply as you share what your life experience have been. We will focus on strategies and solutions with practices for you to do in and between our counseling sessions in the context of a warm and welcoming counseling alliance.
