Hi, I'm Lynn Liddell, and I help people learn how to regulate and respond to intense emotions, especially when they impact close relationships. If you grew up feeling like your feelings were always judged, shamed, or misunderstood and now you feel lost whenever these emotions show up, let's talk. My clients wish for stability in their relationships and compassion for themselves. They want to feel seen and understood in a world that frequently invalidates their personal experiences.

I specialize in working with C-PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and neurodiversity (ADHD and autism). I offer evidence-based treatments such as comprehensive DBT and EMDR.

This DBT skills group teaches evidence based skills that will help you increase your distress tolerance, improve relationships, and better regulate your emotions to build a life worth living. Each group is two hours long (with a 15 minute break), and is designed to help group members learn and generalize skills use into their daily lives.
