Are you or someone close to you, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress or life transitions? Would you like to feel more positive about yourself, cope better, understand your strong emotions, and make changes in your life? Do you have a child or a teen who needs support and you worry about them? Learning to understand thoughts, emotions and behavior that seem confusing, frustrating or unpredictable can help with seeing ourselves in a more positive light and in feeling more in control.
Establishing a positive connection with you is essential in making progress. I strive to be respectful, relatable, empathetic, curious and genuine. Working together means that your thoughts, opinions and ideas are very important. My approach is flexible and individualized because we all have different needs, strengths and backgrounds.
I am a licensed psychologist with dual training in developmental and clinical psychology and I have been in the field of mental and behavioral health for over 25 years. I enjoy working across the lifespan and I use different techniques to engage children, teens and adults. I see clients in-person and via Telehealth Monday through Friday.
