I believe the therapeutic relationship is the heart of counseling, and I put care into building that connection. From there, I blend CBT, attachment-based, and polyvagal informed approaches to help you shift unhelpful patterns, understand your relationships, and support nervous system regulation, guiding you toward greater calm, balance, and resilience.
