Everyone can feel like the problems they face are overwhelming and difficult to solve.This can sometimes show itself as gambling too much, fighting with a spouse or feeling sad or angry. Therapy is a healthy way to explore new answers. I have a soft, gentle way of helping you find relief from the worry and concern.
I offer free individual sessions for problem gamblers .Additionally, there is a free gamblers group to attend. Clients can do either or both as they wish.
Parenting is challenging, even more so after a separation or divorce. I have a new co-parenting group starting in January that will be helpful in forging a new relationship for both parents
