Oftentimes, in our efforts to stay safe, we wall off the parts of ourselves that seem unacceptable or extraneous. Over time, as we lose touch with our true essences, we look outside ourselves for answers and validation, and life ends up feeling stressful and meaningless. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Sensorimotor Therapy, modalities that can help you go deeper and effectively process the trauma and beliefs that are obscuring your unique path to joy and connection.
I focus on providing a space of calm and acceptance, and helping you cultivate the mindful state that allows you to go beyond ordinary states of consciousness and connect with your self-compassion, intuition and creativity. We use these gifts to guide and support your healing process.
Formerly an engineer in Silicon Valley, I followed my own path of self-recovery, accessing my inner wisdom to lead me to a career as a therapist, where I still enjoy using my creativity and problem-solving skills, but in a capacity that feels right for me.
