As an experienced psychotherapist, I take a holistic approach to treatment to assist clients in working through challenges that are holding them back from living a life of vitality and connection. While clients see me for various concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, parenting struggles, relationship conflicts, grief, and phase of life transitions, each situation presents itself as a true opportunity for sustained progress, healing, and growth. My job is to facilitate and effectively encourage that process as your journey unfolds and to provide you with top-notch and individually tailored clinical care.
For 15 years, I've worked in diverse settings throughout the US and abroad (juvenile court clinic, residential treatment centers, mainstream and therapeutic day schools, and private practice). I work with children, adolescents, couples, and families who are seeking to improve the quality of their experiences and their relationships.
