Our work together safely processes stored trauma from medical mysteries, course corrections, or childhood trauma. Beyond primary therapy, I offer Adjunct Intensive Therapy. If you've plateaued in weekly sessions, book a 1-3 day Somatic EMDR intensive retreat. I collaborate with your primary clinician to transition you smoothly back to their care.
