I am passionate about building relationships founded on trust, compassion, respect, and unconditional positive regard. I have a heart for helping people heal from all kinds of struggles using holistic tools including mind, body, and spirit practices.

My approach combines mindfulness and acceptance-based skills, as well as emotion and solution-focused strategies to increase insight and create change. I believe in addressing how trauma can get stored in the body’s nervous system leading to many struggles such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and PTSD.

I am trained in treatments such as trauma-informed care, DBT, ACT, Prolonged Exposure, and CBT, and I'm getting training in EMDR.
