Welcome to Lynn Green Counseling. With warmth, empathy, and over a decade of counseling experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families through every stage of life.
My areas of specialty include working with justice-involved youth, as well as complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I draw on a range of evidence-based practices—such as IFS, EMDR, CBT, Family Systems Theory, Mindfulness, and ACT—to help you build resilience, improve communication, and nurture emotional well-being.
