Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected from their authentic selves, exhausted by masking, and unsure how to feel safe—in their own bodies, in relationships, or in community. If this is you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this process without support. I specialize in complex trauma rooted in abuse, broken family systems, religious environments, and social expectations. Most of my clients are late-discovered Autistic adults who are ready to release the weight of trying to fit and are ready to find themselves beyond the trauma.
My approach is grounded in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), modalities that honor the wisdom of the body and the many internal parts that have worked hard to keep you safe. Together, we gently untangle old stories, release trauma held in the nervous system, and create space for self-trust, self-compassion, and genuine, sustainable healing.
I know that traditional therapy spaces haven't always felt accessible or affirming. In our work together, your communication style, sensory needs, processing time, and embodied experience aren't just welcomed -they're respected and centered.
