I offer psychedelic microdosing education and support, and journey preparation and integration. Microdosing can help rewire your brain to create new patterns; heal unresolved trauma; heal anxiety and depression; increase creativity and productivity; release emotional blocks; regulate the nervous system, and feel more connected to self and others.

I have a lot of tools in my "tool belt," and use traditional and psychedelic assisted counseling along with other modalities such as hypnotherapy, ancestor work, EFT and mindfulness. I use the therapies that YOU are most comfortable with, and that we agree will best serve you. I stay up to date with new therapies and treatments, and promise you my best.

I truly like my clients and consider myself part of your healing team. I am intuitive, compassionate, non-judgmental, and have a sense of humor.
