My therapeutic work is Depth Psychology-based, grounded in the knowledge that all emotional pain has a root source, and that to alleviate the symptoms, we must find that source and heal those old wounds. I treat trauma, PTSD, LGBQIA and Transgender/Gender Non-Conforming issues, mood disorders, women's issues, codependence, grief & loss, stage of life issues, creativity, and domestic and narcisstic abuse. I work with teens, adults, and couples.
I trained in EMDR with the EMDR International Association, the top evidence based program for healing CPTSD and PTSD, and have over 10 years experience. I am also trained in Brainspotting, depth psychology, mindfulness, and dream work. I do talk therapy, and encourge my clients to use their own creativity as we work together.
I am inclusive and respect the dignity of every being. I do my best to help all sorts of people, and am LGBQIA and Transgender/Gender Non-Conforming Affirming. My speciality is working with individuals.
