I specialize in EMDR. I work primarily online with trauma, anxiety and grief. My clients are usually seeking EMDR for their therapeutic modality. It works so well that they begin to notice change within the first few sessions. Anxiety, fear, “monkey mind” etc. lessens and they get relief. They learn to use these skills for sleep problems, grief related issues and to calm themselves when angry or overwhelmed. They are seeking relief from invasive symptoms that make their lives harder and less joyful. Their hearts often “crack open”with love when they move from their heads to a more heart centered awareness.
I offer transformation from old ways of believing and thinking to a more open, present and transparent self.
