My goal is to create a safe place in which you can learn to understand yourself, heal your wounds, and to become the person you want to be. I work with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues; from everyday struggles, anxiety, depression, psychological trauma and dissociation, eating disorders, relationship issues, spirituality, and aging.
My approach is collaborative and strength based. This means that I respect your expertise in yourself and your life while I bring my expertise gained from my education and experiences. Together we can restore a sense of hope in your future.
