My name is Lynn Dorsky, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker living the Rutland, Vermont area. I am working with clients statewide via telehealth. Individuals who come to my practice often seek solace and healing through complex emotional challenges. The process of healing is never linear. Perhaps you experience anxiety, depression or are working through traumatic experiences, crisis, esteem, grief, or even sleep challenges, together we can embark on a journey to explore patterns that may feel overwhelming and build an understanding of where these patterns come from.
I work alongside people who may be managing challenges with life transitions, or complex challenges. It often takes the form of anxiety, substance use, stress, depression, trauma, personality disorders or lack of self-worth. I work to assist clients in navigating challenging times and helping them to develop skills for competency and improved way of life.
I offer a compassionate, holistic approach and safe space for individuals of various backgrounds to unpack the complexities of life’s experiences. I am naturally a high energy and positive person. However, I raise and lower my energy levels based on client's needs.
