Often, the individuals I support are navigating several areas of focus, including but not limited to: chronic pain and illness, dissociation and dissociative identities, complex trauma, histories of abuse, relationship challenges, searches for meaning, and family of origin concerns.
Trained in depth psychology, I am an ideal fit for anyone engaged in the process of self understanding, curious about life, and seeking to be known. My approach, while integrative, is rooted in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, an evidence-based treatment. I believe the potential for deep healing, connection, and revitalization exists within this work.
