It has been my privilege to partner with many people over the last 30 years to help them make positive changes in their lives. I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of all individuals and that we all have times in our lives when we need to join with others to make course corrections, learn new skills, and work toward a better quality of life. I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with experience working with children, teens, adults and their families in a wide range of settings. I have been working with clients via telehealth for the last 4 years and have found it to be a great way to connect.
I tailor my integrative therapy based on the unique strengths and needs of each client. I believe that the client guides the direction of therapy and that you are the expert in you. I come from a strengths-based perspective and I believe in building upon the positives to learn new strategies and increase insight.
I believe that it is important to work together toward the self-identified goals and to see progress as soon as possible. I respect that it is a commitment, of both time and resources, and it is important to see results. I strive to create a warm, affirming and empowering environment in sessions and tailor what I offer to meet each individual's needs.
