I enjoy working with adults and adolescents to address mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
My work is informed by my belief in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and I incorporate a variety of modalities to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. These approaches include CBT, ACT, DBT, as well as treatment informed by psychodynamic and attachment theories.
I have worked as a clinical social worker since 2012, drawing upon my nearly 20 prior years in health care consulting, program development, and staff mentoring and management to help my clients navigate their specific challenges and pursuit of satisfaction and life balance.
