I work with adults navigating trauma and major life transitions in midlife and beyond, including retirement, an empty nest, caregiving responsibilities, grief and loss, and shifting family roles. Many of my clients are also carrying the effects of past trauma that continue to impact their daily lives and relationships. Life doesn't always unfold the way we imagined, and these changes can feel overwhelming or disorienting. Together, we create space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and move toward greater clarity and stability.

I specialize in treating trauma and am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These are evidence-based approaches that can reduce the emotional impact of painful memories without requiring you to repeatedly relive every detail. I also specialize in providing therapy that can help with life transitions and caregiving stress.
