I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, which means I have been trained to work with systems. This means that I focus my work on individuals, couples, children, and families. I work to help people learn how to create positive bonds with one another, improve communication, build their self confidence and provide hope of a life filled with happiness, all you have to do is decide to make a choice to call to schedule a session.
During the first session, we will get to know each other. I will ask questions to better understand what led you to seek therapy and review any assessments you completed beforehand. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I welcome another person in the session if that would make you feel more comfortable or if you are seeking couples or family therapy.
My therapeutic approach centers on actively listening to each client and creating a treatment plan tailored to that client’s symptoms, goals, and desired outcomes. I use a variety of therapeutic methods to support progress and help clients work toward meaningful change, typically within three to six months.
