I believe that everyone, young and old, has a right to feel good about themselves. Sometimes, things happen in life that leave us feeling unprepared for the road ahead. We look in the mirror and are unhappy with what we see. We want to feel good about ourselves but don't know how. Past trauma can leave us vulnerable to the environment around us. That is when we need help in discovering who we are and how we want to live our lives. I will use my knowledge and expertise to help you find your best self and live your best life.
My area of focus is working with youth and adults who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender. I am proud of our community and love supporting and guiding those who seek to live their lives authentically, learning to love themselves in all the most healthy ways.
Our country is in the midst of a culture war with states taking aim at our youngest and most vulnerable populations, our LGBTQIA children and youth. I provide gender affirming care for youth. I also provide for adults who seek mental health assessments and letters for gender affirming surgical procedures.
