With an education in both professional counseling and energy therapy, I help my clients see what is holding them back from living a life they say they want. I use a variety of modalities which are client focused based on individual needs and desires. I believe in an awareness and action approach to change. Therapy as a space for awareness, understanding and release, and outside of therapy- a place to practice what is learned until confidence in self processing is achieved. At the end of the day, no one knows what is better for you than you. We all need the reminders we can trust ourselves.
When you are feeling stuck and like your fear and doubt is running your life, I will be your flashlight in the dark as you discover your way. When you feel lost, I will help you see the map you’ve already created to keep you on course.
And when you gain the confidence to go the next steps on your own (and you will), I will be the supportive voice that stays with you to remind you of your strength, courage and true nature- your favorite you yet.
