I am trained in and utilize the evidence based Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach. I am a Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years of experience. Over the course of time, I have worked with people in every stage of the life supporting a wide variety of mental health challenges. At this time in my career, I have decided to shift my focus towards working with couples as I have a heart for keeping you together being married and divorced myself. Couples start off dedicated to one another and feeling cherished but over time the challenges of life and personal differences erode what was so beautiful.
I am confident in my ability to help repair and restore your relationship while strengthing the bond of commitment. The Gottman Method I use and have extensive training in, is sound in its approach while providing the tools necessary to help you as a couple communicate effectively so you can talk through what is tearing you apart.
I know how confusing and painful relationships can be. I can help you navigate and restore your relationship if possible. During our time together I will be helping you and your partner learn how to manage conflict, improve communication, strengthen friendship, deepen intimacy, build trust, and share your life purpose and dreams.
