I focus on resilience, grief-work, radical acceptance and tangible interventions to help you take control of your healing. My approach is deeply influenced by models such as Inner Child Work, IFS and EMDR.
I strive to create an emotionally safe environment to help you gain self awareness, increase your self compassion and learn tools to strengthen your autonomy and ability to change patterns in your life that are no longer serving you.
