As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified First Responder Counselor, I bring over 30 years of experience in the mental health field. I have extensive experience working with first responders, and their spouses/partners.
I am trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and have been a dedicated member of the Central MN CISM team for the past 13 years, providing debriefings and crisis support for first responders.
I provide annual Check Up From the Neck Up (CUFTNU) sessions and trauma counseling for law enforcement officers through Psychotherapeutic Resources and a contract with LE-AST. In the treatment of trauma, I utilize three evidence-based therapies: • ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) • CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
My clinical training, years of experience, and compassionate, trauma-informed approach allow me to honor your resilience, recognize your strengths, and walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
