With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I support individuals and families across the lifespan through meaningful, trauma-informed care. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and a B.S. in Criminal Justice. I am licensed in New Mexico and Nevada.
I frame trauma as something stored “in every cell of the body”—and healing is a whole‑body experience. My approach integrates findings from neuroscience and attachment research to nurture resilience and recovery. I work collaboratively with clients to foster emotional regulation, repair relational wounds, and support growth beyond trauma.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem, chronic pain, domestic violence, parenting and family dynamics, body positivity, first responder stress and caregiver burnout.
I offer in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals and families, including services in Spanish. I accept most major insurance plans and also accept self-pay clients.
