I recognize that finding an experienced therapist can be quite time consuming & feel daunting. Our space here is limited, so lets get into it. Primary areas: anxiety, self awareness, boundaries. Boundaries! I cannot stress this enough, establishing healthy boundaries, learning to communicate & reinforce those boundaries effectively are vital. Other areas: decreasing reliance on external validation, codependency, self sabotaging tendencies, interrupting negative self talk/thought spirals, resolving shame, disentangling from unhealthy relationships and/or behaviors, differentiating motivation vs. self-discipline, coping with loss.

Look, therapy has to be genuine. None of us want to sit in a space with someone exposing our vulnerabilities that we don't actually feel a connection to. In order to work through challenges, recognize blind spots, cope with the daily aggravations & deeper hurts we must feel safe enough to share, hold & receive feedback.
