I recognize that finding a therapist can be quite time consuming & feel daunting. I have been a practicing counselor for over 20 years. I provide services in North Carolina & Florida. I strive to aid my clients in identifying which choices, thoughts & behaviors have served them well & which may need to be reframed, redirected or just released.
I believe therapy must be genuine, adaptable, individualized & affirming of each client. An authentic relationship between the counselor & client is a significant key to change. I will provide support while appropriately challenging any faulty, limiting or toxic thoughts/behaviors/relationships engaged in as they present. We will work together on solutions.
