I am an LCADC(KY), LCAC(IN), CSW(KY), and LSW(IN) who specializes in helping adults heal from trauma, PTSD, addiction, and sexual abuse. As a former U.S. Army combat medic, I bring a grounded, real-world understanding of trauma and the lasting impact it can have on both the mind and body. My experience in substance use treatment settings has allowed me to work with adults navigating addiction, co-occurring mental health concerns, and the effects of unresolved trauma—including individuals with traumatic brain injuries and military populations, including combat veterans.
I use a trauma-informed, direct, and compassionate approach to therapy, incorporating evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-focused interventions. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and challenged in in a meaningful way.
I believe healing happens when people are given the space to be real, the support to feel understood, and the tools to take their life back—on their own terms.
