Lynetta Fletcher is a outpatient therapist who specializes in trauma, depression, anger management, and self esteem. I have several years of experience working with culturally diverse families. Having gone through and overcoming many challenges I can relate first hand and provide the necessary tools needed to heal. Everyday provides a new opportunity to start over, renew your mind, and be at peace mentally, physically, and spiritually. In order to overcome the things we have suppressed, we must acknowledge our experiences, address our thoughts, and process through the challenges that affect our overall well being.
Through a trauma-informed lens, I strive to provide the best possible holistic, creative and client-centered therapeutic services to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. All treatment plan goals are tailored on a individual basis to meet their specific need. Using a person centered approach my goal is to build trust, empathy, and empower you.
I understand that talking with someone about your challenges or experiences can be scary, however at Rhoades to Wellbeing, we provide a therapeutic safe space to help you understand and learn effective ways to cope with life stressors, work through mental health issues, and heal unresolved issues to individuals, adolescents, adults, and families.
