In my previous work experience, I have worked closely with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people who are unhoused, those experiencing grief, people struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and overall, navigating life’s stressors.

Care4Givers
Care4Givers is a 12-week mindfulness and trauma-focused virtual therapy group for adult caregivers, facilitated by A Phoenix Rising LLC starting August 5th on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM - 7:30PM. Sessions are offered online with in-person options available (based on interest), accommodating 8–12 participants, and accepting major insurance plans and self-pay options.
