I believe in helping clients by empowering them to identify their strengths, while addressing their struggles. During this process, clients experience personal growth and learn skills to cope with specific situations and/or daily stressors.
I have over 20 years experience in the mental health field in various capacities. Much of my career has been focused working extensively with children and adolescents whom have experienced trauma from sexual abuse, physical abuse, or witnessed violence. I also work closely with agencies within the criminal justice system.
