Let's skip the inspirational quotes. You're anxious, burned out, stuck, angry, grieving, or functioning just well enough that everyone thinks you're fine. I'll meet you with understanding, but I'll also be honest with you. I help people navigate anxiety, trauma, pet grief, ADHD, burnout, relationship struggles, and life's general chaos. We'll spend less time talking around the problem and more time understanding why it keeps showing up in the first place. Awareness is great, but change is the goal.
Starting therapy is awkward. Talking to a stranger about the parts of your life you'd rather avoid usually is. As someone who is both Autistic and ADHD, I understand what it's like to feel different, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or out of step with the world around you. You don't need to be in crisis for therapy to help. We'll start where you are.
