Greetings! I am an existentially-oriented LMFT and Expressive Arts Therapist offering sliding-scale support for individuals navigating grief, loss, and transitions of many kinds. Through compassionate companionship and creative exploration, I aim to help clients find their footing in the tender unknown that comes with loss - be it the death of a loved one, a rupture or letting go of a relationship, a change in health, career or lifestyle, or a more "subtle" internal shift within themselves that may or may not be visible to others, but which may hold just as much weight.
I help clients explore grief as a gateway to emotional truth—what we mourn reveals what matters most to us, and where we might turn for comfort and guidance in times of uncertainty. Using expressive arts practices from an existential lens, I help clients give shape to what words alone can’t express, and create space for new insights and deeper self-knowing.
Grief is human, and so am I! I bring myself into the room more than a traditional psychotherapist might, and do my best to cultivate a warm, soulful environment where clients feel they can come as they are: real, messy, raw, fierce and beautiful. l encourage all potential clients to reach out for a consult to see if my style would feel supportive for them.

Pence Gallery Healing Arts 6-Week Grief Workshop
Held three times per year, this 6-week workshop uses art as a healing language for adults ages 18+ who are looking for a space to be in community and explore their experiences of grief and loss. This is a peer-support group facilitated by myself and local artist Amy Vidra. We cultivate a warm, supportive, low-pressure environment - no art experience necessary. This is a closed group of only 8-10 participants, so pre-registration is required via the Pence Website. Cost is only $35 for all 6 weeks, due to generous funding by community members Bob & Joanne Andresen.
