I have clients who want to dive into couples therapy and work on reconnecting, reducing conflict and increasing intimacy. I have clients who are on the fence and ambivalent about the future of their relationship and want clarity. I see folks who have decided to uncouple and need help mediating custody, parenting time and finances. I also have families, siblings and parents/adult children seeking clarity and help with conflict and connection. The goal all my clients share is wanting a path forward in their relationships.
I'm caring, direct, warm and transparent. I have over 16 years of experience as a therapist. I'm skilled at helping clients manage conflict, repair broken trust, improve desire and intimacy, work through parenting differences, and increase connection. I'm trained in discernment counseling and uncoupling therapy and I'm a qualified neutral (mediator).
I've been trained in the Gottman Method (level 3), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (externship level), and discernment therapy. I am a qualified neutral under Minnesota 114 and can facilitate mediation with couples. I really enjoy helping clients reach their relational goals.
