My clients come to therapy frustrated with their marriages and partnerships. They're arguing frequently and feeling disconnected from their partners. They're exhausted from their efforts have often lost trust and faith in one another. I often see overwhelmed parents that can't find the time for each other anymore in my practice. We all want to feel heard and respected in our partnerships. Conflict is normal, but unhealthy patterns of fighting over the same thing over and over is not. I help couples figure out a better way to get through to one another. I help couples feel more connected and heard.

I am a caring, direct, and transparent therapist. I have over 15 years of experience as a therapist and am trained in helping clients manage conflict, repair broken trust, improve desire and intimacy, working through parenting differences, and emotional disconnection. I love helping couples reconnect and learn how to better navigate relationship problems.

I'm trained in the Gottman Method (level 3), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (externship level) and IFS. I love helping clients reach their individual and relational goals.
