Are you overwhelmed? Anxious or emotionally exhausted? Carrying heavy burdens? I am a Strategic Biblical Counselor who specializes in emotional and relational health through experiential spiritual transformation in Christ. Through biblically-grounded, Christ-centered care and equipping, my clients experience substantial, real-life change and learn how to cultivate a heart, mind, and life that is healthy and joy-filled!
My counseling approach is three-fold. It includes (1) Whole-Life Assessment, (2) Customized, Strategic Discipleship and Equipping, and (3) for some clients, a simple form of listening prayer called the Immanuel Approach. Sessions are individually tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
On a personal note, in my 20s, I journeyed through the process of overcoming crippling fear, insecurity, and confusion. I know personally the road to establishing lasting joy and stability.
